Design and implementation of Webdrafter. Machines for changing the structure of non-woven fleece. Control system configuration is: Lenze i500 inverters with incremental encoder, PLC Siemens 1200, HMI Siemens TP1200 Comfort.

I made visualizations for a non-woven production line for a customer from Turkey. I used HMI Siemens TP1900 Comfort (software Siemens TIA Portal - WinCC Advanced V16). I used fastplate, dynamic error messages made by me. Additional features for maintenance.

I have constructed a belt scale for a raw material feeder for a carding machine for my client from India. The project is complete. Both the mechanical and control structures and the program were completely done. The software I have developed is: mechanical construction - SolidWorks, WSCAD wiring diagram, PLC program and HMI Siemens TIA Portal V16.

Construction of the control for the Crosslapper machine. Based on the PLC Lenze 3200 Controller (software Lenze PLC Designer 3), Lenze 9400 servo drives (software Lenze Engeener 2), EtherCAT. Electrical diagram made in Eplan P8. Machines based on this control work, among others, in England, Germany, Poland and Turkey.
